Hands in the Air Series
People with their hands in the air become a dance party. Or a protest. “Put your hands in the air like you just don’t care,” are lyrics in multiple songs. “Hand’s up, don’t shoot.” was a protest chant heard during the summer of 2020. This work references both.

Note all the processes used in making this etching are carefully developed to be non toxic to humans and the environment. B.I.G. hardground. Linseed oil-based inks. Clean up with baby oil.
